Pamela Anderson is at it again. No, she’s not starring as a buxom blonde in a TV show. She’s put her beautiful Malibu Beach compound back on the rental market. It’s available for lease at a “bargain” price of $40,000 a month.
The five-bedroom, three-bath modern stunner was remodeled in 2013 by architectPhilip Vertoch and interior designers Josh Chryssanthou and Anderson herself.
The actress has done design work on a number of the houses she’s owned over the past several years, putting her signature bathtub in the bedroom in almost all of them.
Located in the chic Malibu Colony, it’s actually across the road from the beach. However, it comes with a key to access one of the country’s most private and exclusive beaches.
The property is unassuming from the street and sits behind gates. The 5,500 square feet of living space are divided between a guesthouse and a main house. They are separated by an outdoor entertainment space with a pool and dining area. There’s also a second outdoor entertainment area with a fire pit and hot tub.
The overall design is airy and classic Malibu, with teak decks, floor-to-ceiling glass sliders, and hardwood floors throughout.
The home comes furnished, including a white piano, crystal chandeliers, and an abundance of white sofas and easy chairs.
Anderson purchased the property in 2008 for $1.8 million, and put it up for sale in 2013 for $7.75 million. She eventually took it off the market and offered it as a lease instead.
Anderson, 51, hasn’t needed the Malibu digs for quite some time, as she’s been globe-trotting, often competing on versions of “Dancing With the Stars.” She was on the U.S. version in 2010 and again on the All-Star season in 2015. She has also danced on reality TV shows in Israel, Argentina, and Mexico.
Anderson, who became famous for playing C.J. Parker on “Baywatch,” is currently staying in Paris, where she’s training for and competing on the French version, “Danse Avec Les Stars,” and having a much publicized relationship with 32-year-old French soccer star Adil Rami.
