“Claws” star Niecy Nash is serious about selling her Mediterranean-style home in Northridge, CA. She’s just dropped the price to under a million, listing it for $979,000. She had originally put it on the market in March of this year for $1,129,000.
Nash, who hosted the Style Network show “Clean House” from 2003 to 2010, and won an Emmy for her efforts in 2010, appears to have moved out of the four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 3,319-square foot home. Some of the rooms of the San Fernando Valley residence have been brightly staged—with emphasis on the color lime green.
Originally built in 1974, the home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac not far from the local schools, shops, restaurants, and shops of Northridge.
Among the house’s assets are two fireplaces, a family room with coffered ceilings and a wet bar, a custom walk-in closet in the master, and a 950-square foot guesthouse with a bedroom, bathroom, and a living room.
Out front, there’s a motor court and a spacious tiled porch.
The 47-year-old comedian, actress, and producer is in the midst of shooting a pilot for a late-night talk show on TNT that she will will host and executive produce. With a working title of “Naked With Niecy Nash,” the series would have Nash offer advice on love, sex, romance, and relationships.
