There’s space on the property to build a helipad or equestrian facilities. And downtown Seattle is a 90-minute drive.
“The ideal buyer is somebody who wants to be near a world-class city, but they don’t want to necessarily be in the hustle and bustle everyday,” says Morrison. “It’s close but it’s far enough away to give you that real peacefulness. It’s really for somebody that wants a ‘less is more’ approach to living.”
