It’s hard to disagree with the hyperbole. Clocking in at five bedrooms and eight bathrooms on a lot of just over a half-acre, the enormous estate includes panoramic windows with views of Beverly Hills.

The area has been a hotbed of superluxury real estate. While a $45 million price tag is already rare air, the property’s got pricey company. Opus, another new build that came on the market in 2017, had a recent price reduction and is available for just a hair under $77 million.
Other high-end spec builds offer spectacular amenities, including candy walls, bowling lanes, and entertainment complexes, to go with the multimillion-dollar price tags. So if you’re a property shopper with a bulging bank account, and you’re on the hunt for for a deluxe megamansion in the rarified air of Bev Hills, at least you have a few options.
