When it comes to real estate, pop star Taylor Swift is “Fearless.” She’s once again made a savvy move, this time selling a 1959 Mid-Century Modern abode for $2.65 million, the Los Angeles Times reports.

The Beverly Hills property, which is listed as “off market,” was purchased by the singer in 2012 for $1.78 million, according to property records. The listing first came on the market in April at a price of $2.95 million, and a few months later dropped to $2.85 million.

Even with the price cut and allowing for the cost of updates, it still looks as if the performer came out ahead with a profit.

The entire four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home—which includes an in-law suite with separate entrance, a lagoon-style pool, and a 1,000-bottle wine cellar—served as Swift’s guesthouse for SoCal visitors. Swift’s lucky friends and family got to hang out at this cool crib when visiting her in L.A.

We can’t “Shake It Off.” The latest dwelling she’s sold is extra nice.

The nearly 3,000-square-foot, one-story layout includes white beamed ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass and skylights, as well as easy access to the patio and pool.

The main room includes high ceilings, built-ins, and a fireplace. The living and dining rooms open out to the pool, and the gourmet kitchen includes a breakfast nook. Patios and deck space allow for additional outdoor living space, along with serene mountain and greenery views. The address is close to Coldwater Park and hiking in Franklin Canyon. Not surprisingly, the home includes “elaborate security cameras.”

The best-selling artist earlier this year sold the companion residence up the road where she actually lived, for $4 million in an off-market deal, according to Variety, which described the Cape Cod-style space as a “starter home.”

But the break-up queen isn’t leaving L.A. She’s simply moved on. The estate once owned by Hollywood legend Samuel Goldwyn now belongs to the musician, who purchased it in 2015 for $25 million. She’s been updating it ever since, and even had the historic site declared a landmark.

It’s unclear when the singer will be able to relax in her rehabbed posh property. The Grammy winner is currently on tour for her sixth album release, “Reputation.” With a reported net worth of $230 million, the 28-year-old has owned property in Rhode Island, Nashville, TN, and Tribeca, in Manhattan.
