Anthony Scaramucci—the hedge funder who served a very brief stint as the White House communications director—and wife, Deidre Ball, are listing their Southampton beach house for $3.99 million.

Early this year, the pair traded up for a larger (8,300-square-foot) spread in Water Mill—a Joe Farrell build on the site of a teardown at 30 Lawrence Court that had asked $7.49 million.

The couple’s new-to-market home on South Street has four bedrooms and sits on a third of an acre.

It was recently renovated and expanded to a roomy 4,000 square feet.

The main floor features a living room with a coffered ceiling and a fireplace. There’s also a formal dining room, a chef’s kitchen and a screened-in porch with views over Scallop Pond Preserve. The second-floor master suite has water views and a private balcony “facing the sunsets,” notes the listing.

In addition, there’s a home theater, a children’s playroom and a gym with a steam shower. The smart-wired spread also comes with a generator, a pool, a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and a basketball court.

This listing is being repped by Mark Baron and Jane Babcook of Brown Harris Stevens.
