Former NBA star and current NBA broadcaster Mark Jackson is selling his spectacular Calabasas, CA, mansion for $4.75 million.

The Mediterranean-style mansion was custom-built in 1997 and sits on a half-acre lot at the end of a cul-de-sac in the guard-gated Mountain View Estates neighborhood.

The elegant, 10,500-square-foot home has five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Upscale amenities include a home theater, gym with steam shower, and dramatic entryway with a curved, wrought-iron staircase.

And it isn’t just the sheer size that makes the home special. The interiors were designed to impress, with a mostly white palette and statement chandeliers. The larger-than-life custom touches include the immense sunken tub surrounded by a wall of windows in the main bathroom, plush furnishings in all the rooms, an all-white billiard table, and a lush backyard with infinity pool and spa.

Calabasas is a celeb-studded town known for the A-listers and big ballers who call the place home.

Jackson must have felt at home with his notable neighbors. He spent 17 years manning the point for a variety of teams, made one All-Star appearance, and won Rookie of the Year in 1988. After his playing days, he spent three seasons coaching the Golden State Warriors. He now works as the top game analyst for ESPN.

Jackson and his wife, Desiree, purchased the home in 2007 for $4.7 million. They flirted with selling it in 2009 and 2010, so there’s no doubt they’re hoping the price and time are now right to sell this slam-dunk of a Calabasas crib.
